Each of our 16 spacious and elegantly decorated apartments is designed to offer warm comfort and unparalleled privacy. Ideally located in the picturesque village of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Résidence de la Réserve is a short walk from tourist activities and shops.
While staying at La Résidence de la Réserve, our guests can enjoy access to the restaurants, bars and wellness facilities (swimming pool, spa and fitness area) of the La Réserve de Beaulieu hotel* located opposite the residence. Similarly, an attentive personalised service is offered by the hotel concierge*.
* The services offered at La Réserve de Beaulieu are not included as part of your stay at La Résidence de la Réserve.
La Résidence de la Réserve is under video surveillance and secured by an entry code. All our apartments are air-conditioned and soundproofed for your comfort and tranquillity.
The concierge and valet services at La Réserve de Beaulieu are available during La Réserve de Beaulieu opening periods*. La Résidence de la Réserve has a closed and secure garage, with a charging station for electric vehicles * (garage by reservation and subject to availability at €55 /day [insurance included] – paid public car parks near La Résidence de la Réserve are also available).
The apartments from T2 to T4+ all have a kitchen equipped with Bosh appliances.
Free WI-FI Internet access (100 Mo/s) is available during your stay. The televisions broadcast national and international channels. International newspapers as well as a mail relay are available with the concierge service at La Réserve de Beaulieu* (during opening periods).
Baby equipment can be provided on request when booking (cot, high chair, changing equipment), please contact us for prices. The concierge service at La Réserve de Beaulieu is available to assist with organising a babysitter to take care of your children (service provided by staff external to the establishment).
Towels and bathrobes are provided for you and will be replaced daily. Sheets are changed once a week. A daily cleaning service is provided for your stay (excluding dishes).
Cats and dogs are welcome (under 8kg, daily rate €50).
Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m (for arrival after 7 p.m., please contact us). A selection of welcome products is available to you on your arrival. Departures are no later than 11am, after an inventory.
